Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: Magnum RC hasn't had a shipping loss to date. With that said it isn't impossible expecially if you are ordering from overseas. It is our policy that you bear the responsibility of shipping loss should it occur. Once it leaves our custody and we will have the proof of shipment, our liability for delivery ends. We have provided a shipping insurance package you can purchase. It is our recomendation you reduce your risk buy this purchase. We will then insure your package. And if a loss occurs, you would be entitled to a refund up to the value of the insurance package you bought for that product or the replacement value of the product. EXAMPLE: If you buy a $1000 engine, and you want insurance for it, you would need to purchase two $500 valued insurance packages to cover the value. etc. MAGNUM RC IS NOT LIABLE FOR SHIPPING LOSS OF ANY KIND. RETURNS: On a case by case basis, we do not offer returns for reasons of personal perceptions. Magnum RC is not Walmart and cannot bear returns for any reasons other than defective product or warranty issues. MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT YOU ARE BUYING IS THE ONE THAT WILL BE USEFUL FOR THE PURPOSE YOU ARE BUYING IT FOR. Call or write to have any questions answered. The customer will bear the shipping costs both ways on a return that is approved. If an engine is run, at all, it is not returnable. Electronics are not returnable except for warranty purposes.
